IT Head – Infrastructure

Job Summary:

The IT Head – Infrastructure will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the IT infrastructure strategy for a large real estate company. This role requires strong expertise in network architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data center management. The ideal candidate will ensure that the company’s IT infrastructure is secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives to support operational efficiency and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the IT infrastructure strategy to support business growth and innovation.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT networks, data centers, and cloud solutions.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure across all business units.
• Implement robust cybersecurity frameworks to protect company assets and data.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption and automation.
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Ensure compliance with local and international IT regulations and standards.
• Develop and mentor the IT infrastructure team to enhance technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT infrastructure with business needs and future expansions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in network architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, and data center management.
• Experience in real estate, property management, or large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of IT security frameworks, compliance standards, and data governance.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, ITIL, or PMP.
• Experience with ERP systems and enterprise-wide IT solutions.
• Background in implementing smart building technologies and IoT solutions.
