Our Employer of Record services in the UAE enable eligible businesses to employ local talent without immediately establishing their own legal entity, subject to applicable UAE requirements.Under an EOR arrangement, Smooth Professional manages the agreed employment administration, while the client organisation retains responsibility for the employee’s day-to-day role, objectives and performance.Services may include employment contracts, onboarding, work permit and visa coordination, payroll administration, employee benefits, leave management, employment records and offboarding support.
