Head – ERP Application

Job Summary:

The Head – ERP Application will be responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and management of the ERP system within a large real estate organization. This role requires expertise in ERP platforms, business process automation, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to optimize ERP functionality, improve system efficiency, and ensure seamless integration across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the ERP strategy to support business objectives and digital transformation.
• Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the ERP system.
• Collaborate with business units to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Ensure seamless integration of ERP with other enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements with minimal disruption.
• Lead data governance, security, and compliance efforts related to ERP applications.
• Monitor ERP system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system efficiency.
• Develop training programs to enhance ERP adoption and user proficiency.
• Manage relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and external partners.
• Stay updated on emerging ERP trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in ERP management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Proven experience in large-scale ERP implementations and upgrades.
• Expertise in business process mapping, automation, and system integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance related to ERP applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
• ERP certifications such as SAP ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry.
